6. Memberships, Registrations, and Global Programmes
IPJ operates advanced educational and professional frameworks, including the IPJ Global Internship Program (GIP), directory registrations, listings, awards, and fellowships.
- No Guarantee of Entry: Submission of an application, registration profile, or fee does not guarantee acceptance, approval, membership, or selection into our cohorts. IPJ reviews applications strictly according to its internal merit policies and eligibility criteria.
- Refund Policy: Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by our administrative board, all fees paid for registrations, directories, memberships, or program applications are strictly non-refundable.
7. World Parliaments Directory
Users or institutional representatives submitting structural data for the World Parliaments Directory confirm that:
- All submitted information regarding parliamentary configurations, contact channels, and leadership is entirely accurate and up to date.
- They possess the requisite institutional authority to submit the information for global public display.
- IPJ reserves the right to verify, edit, update, suspend, or remove directory listings at its sole discretion to protect database integrity.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise explicitly indicated, the Site and all its components—including articles, research briefs, global reports, layout databases, graphics, logos, branding, source code, and multimedia content—are owned by or licensed to The International Parliament Journal (IPJ) and are protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
