We are proud to announce that our Global Internship Program (GIP) includes a reservation quota for women and the LGBTQ+ community. This initiative underscores our commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sphere of parliamentary governance. By ensuring that voices from historically underrepresented groups are heard and valued, we aim to cultivate a richer, more varied perspective on global governance.
This reservation is a testament to our belief that inclusive participation strengthens democratic values and leads to more comprehensive and effective policy making.
