The Winter Session of the Indian Parliament has been officially approved by President Droupadi Murmu. The session will be held from December 1 to December 19, 2025. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju announced this decision on social media platform X.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla is leading the Indian Parliamentary Delegation to the 149th Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Assembly, scheduled to take place in Geneva from 13–17 October 2024.
